Hells Canyon/Seven Devils, Council and New Meadows Ranger Districts
The Hells Canyon/Seven Devils Scenic Area is a special place on the Council Ranger District of the Payette National Forest.
The area can be accessed by two routes. The Hells Canyon route follows Forest Service Road #454 north of Oxbow Dam - once you reach Hells Canyon Park, you are within the scenic area.
The Seven Devil access route is from the community of Cuprum, continue on Forest SErvice Road #105, turn left onto Forest Service Road #106 and follow that road into the scenic area.
